History of MBI, Inc.

MBI, Inc. was originally formed under the name of Manhattan Buildings, Inc. in 1948. For over 60 years Manhattan Buildings, Inc. owned and managed commercial properties solely within Manhattan, Kansas. The company continued to grow and acquire commercial properties outside of Manhattan, Kansas and official changed its name to MBI, Inc. in 1987.

Today MBI, Inc. owns and manages commercial real estate in Manhattan, Leavenworth, Hutchinson, and Overland Park Kansas.

Centre City Developers, LLC

In 2001, Centre City Developers, LLC was formed in partnership with MBI, Inc. to manage the Centre City development near the Kansas State Capitol Building on Kansas Ave in Topeka, Kansas.  Today Centre City Developers, LLC owns and manages a commercial real estate property in Salina, KS.

Bluemont Partners, LLC

In 2014, Bluemont Partners, LLC was formed in partnership with MBI, Inc. to manage the Bluemont Property retail center near Walmart Super Center in Manhattan, Kansas.
